A market garden in Pau growing vegetables, mini vegetables, flowers, leaves and herbs of traditional varieties for restaurants.
Leur histoire
Marc came to the Empordà in 2008 and in 2015 founded Horta de Tramuntana with Margarita. Ousman, born in The Gambia, joined in 2022. Their children Ot and Simó are also part of the project.
Comment ils produisent et vendent
They deliver vegetables to restaurants 24 to 48 hours after harvest. They have an online shop.
