Leur histoire
Ana, Ricardo and Xesús came from an intensive Holstein dairy farm. They changed breed and model: grazing Jersey cows and raw-milk cheese from their own farm.
Comment ils produisent et vendent
The cows graze almost all year; as a supplement, dry hay and cereal, no silage. Terra, Savel and Cithara cheeses, and butter. They sell through their online shop and welcome visits to the farm.
